New Chapter for Rössli Cham
The historic Restaurant Rössli in Cham is set to begin an exciting new chapter. As of August 6, 2026, the Shahini family will take over the renowned establishment, ushering in a new culinary era while preserving the tradition and charm that have made Rössli a local landmark.
The Shahini family is already a well-known name in the region. For more than 20 years, they have successfully operated Ristorante Pizzeria Rialto in Hünenberg with passion, dedication, and exceptional culinary expertise. Their commitment to quality, warm hospitality, and love for Mediterranean cuisine have made the Rialto a popular destination for food lovers and families alike.

A particular highlight is our selection of freshly prepared pizzas from the wood-fired oven. Our experienced pizzaioli create crispy, light, and flavorful pizzas using only high-quality ingredients – a true delight for pizza lovers in Cham and the surrounding region.
The restaurant features a spacious main dining area with seating for approximately 60 guests, as well as a separate rear dining room accommodating an additional 40 guests.
Adjacent to the restaurant, guests can enjoy our charming garden pavilion, which creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere during the warmer months.
For private events, business meetings, or intimate gatherings, we also offer a separate meeting room for up to 8 people. This elegant space is equally ideal for exclusive dining experiences for smaller groups of up to 6 guests.
